Our Story
One thing we’ve learned over the years is that nobody has it all figured out.
Not founders. Not C-suite executives. Not marketers. And not even consultants like us.
No matter what anyone tells you, growing a business is HARD.
Most entrepreneurs — especially the new version of online ones — build a business specifically to leave their 9-to-5…
Only to realize they’ve traded it in for an 8-to-midnight, 2-shift workday, PLUS weekends.
But here’s the good news…
Growing a business doesn’t need to be that hard.
One of the biggest mistakes we see businesses make is what we like to call “random acts of marketing”.
In other words, creating and launching new campaigns, new ads, new strategies and even new platforms without a clear path or purpose (not to mention what data to track to know if it’s working!)
That’s why we decided to launch Solve to Scale — to help bring our decades of experience, the problems we see every day and the solutions we provide to you, our readers.
We are Chris Muccio and Jon Stoltzfus.
Combined, we have over 4 decades of in-the-trenches marketing experience working with both B2B and B2C clients.
Chris Muccio

Chris is the founder of Social Fusion, a growth marketing agency that focuses on building customer relationships and driving revenue for B2B companies.
A former accountant who worked in private equity on deals from $2M to $300M, Chris has in-depth insider knowledge on where companies often get stuck when trying to scale and how to help them turn the corner.
Jon Stoltzfus

Jon is a former aerospace engineer who moved from engineering into business development in the competitive defense industry before transitioning to copywriting and digital marketing.
Over the past decade, Jon has helped his clients generate over $100M in new revenue with his direct response copy and marketing strategy. He currently works as a consultant and fractional CMO for several companies, driving their marketing strategies and revenue.
